A key milestone achieved at the Gemlik Fertilizer Industry Inc.?Plant in Turkey! On July 15, 2025, our team successfully completed the Ammonia-IN operation just 46 days after mechanical completion — a major step forward for the project. The #ammonia pumps were safely test-run at 165 kg/cm2, confirming the plant’s operational readiness and full compliance with the highest #safety standards. ???The operation was executed with efficiency, precision, and zero incidents. A special thank you to the team for their outstanding #HSE performance! Earlier this month, we kicked-off the MAIRE Youth Camp by welcoming a new cohort of 120 Graduate Engineer Trainees to our office in Airoli, India, marking the beginning of a new chapter for these young professionals. Led by Sathiamoorthy Gopalsamy, Managing Director of Tecnimont Private Limited, the induction session introduced trainees to the fast-evolving world of engineering and emphasized the importance of #innovation in shaping the #future of the industry, while exploring our Group’s values, and strategic vision. A result that goes far beyond numbers: it reflects the unwavering #commitment, awareness, and discipline of every single person on site — a workforce of over 8,000 people working together safely and efficiently. ? Since the beginning, the project has maintained an impressive pace, reaching milestone after milestone almost every month. This consistency is no coincidence: it’s the tangible result of our #Safethink culture, embedded in every task, every decision, every action. ? This milestone was reached with an overall project progress of over 80%, confirming how engineering excellence, commitment to safety and strong and dynamic execution capability go hand in hand. ?? We are glad to share that #Tecnimont Arabia proudly partnered with Kiswa to support local communities in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. Together with this humanitarian organization —?focused, among other?challenges, in tackling textile waste — we organized a clothing donation drive which was part of a series of initiatives conducted during #WorldEnvironmentDay, such as tree plantation, community clean-ups and recycling awareness. Not only environment: our team took part in a successful blood donation campaign that engaged hundreds of participants in collaboration with Dallah Hospital in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. These initiatives reflect our strong commitment to sustainability and community well-being, made possible by the passion and collaboration of our global and local teams.
